Alfonso Paribelli

Alfonso Paribelli currently serves as Vice President EMEA Operations and Global Business Process Excellence at Gentherm since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alfonso held the position of Executive Director Operations at Aptiv from February 2020 to July 2023 and served as Operations Director EMEA at the same company. A significant portion of Alfonso's career was spent at Honeywell from January 2003 to February 2020, where various roles included ISC COE Director, ISC hands multisite leader, Plant Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. Alfonso Paribelli earned a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II between 1988 and 1994.
