Hans Min

Hans Min is a seasoned engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in the automotive and construction equipment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Program Management at Gentherm since February 2015, Hans specializes in automotive thermal management, battery thermal management, and climate control seats. Prior to this role, Hans held various positions at Eaton from September 2003 to February 2015, including Engineering Manager for the Vehicle Group in Korea, where significant contributions were made to torque control and fuel valve engineering for heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment across the Asia region. This included establishing key relationships with major OEMs and leading engineering strategies. Earlier in Hans's career at Hyundai Heavy Industries from January 1991 to September 2003, responsibilities included powertrain and engine applications for construction equipment. Hans holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hongik University.
