Katrina Dailey

Katrina Dailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards. Currently serving as the Global Director of Total Rewards at Gentherm, Katrina has previously held significant roles at Dow, including Global Compensation Leader and Global Compensation Manager. Prior experience also includes positions at Dow Corning as Global Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Specialist, as well as roles at The Segal Company as Associate Consultant and Senior Compensation Analyst. Katrina began a career in compensation at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where responsibilities included serving as Compensation Facilitator.
