Lawrence Mukaronda

Lawrence Mukaronda is an experienced executive with a robust background in product line management and global sales, currently serving as the Executive Director at Gentherm since May 2023. Prior to this, Lawrence held the position of Chief Sustainability Officer at Alfmeier Group from January 2022 to May 2023, and spent two decades at Alfmeier Präzision SE in various roles, including Vice President of Quality Management and R&D, where responsibilities encompassed multiple engineering disciplines and oversight of significant projects. Lawrence also held key positions at Daimler Chrysler as a Research Engineer focusing on fuel cells. Educational credentials include an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a master's degree in Process Engineering from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
