Lisa Lancaster

Lisa Lancaster is a seasoned professional in warranty management and financial analysis, currently serving as a Global Warranty Specialist at Gentherm since May 2022. Previously, Lisa held the position of Warranty Engineer at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors from June 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing warranty activities for FCA (Stellantis) and GM. Prior to that, Lisa gained extensive experience at Johnson Controls, initially as Warranty Lead overseeing FCA seating warranty activities, and later as Systems Data Analyst and Financial Manager, where financial tracking and quality reporting were key responsibilities.
