Matt Zuzga

Matt Zuzga has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Matt started their career at Eaton Corporation in 1991, where they worked as a Senior Test Engineer until 1995. Following this, they joined Lear Corporation as an Engineering Manager in 1995 and worked there for twelve years. In 2007, they joined Gentherm as a Director of Engineering, a role they held until 2014. Matt then served as the Executive Director of Global Applications Engineering at Gentherm for two years before being promoted to Executive Director of Global Engineering and Program Management in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Application Engineering, Program Management, and Engineering Services at Gentherm.

Matt Zuzga has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Matt also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Michigan University, which they earned from 1997 to 1999.
