Midiam Flores

Midiam Flores has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Gentherm in Acuna, MX & Del Rio, TX since January 2015. Prior to this role, Midiam was the Human Resources Manager for Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC from March 2003 to November 2014, overseeing multi-facility operations in Acuna's manufacturing facilities and a distribution center in Mexico City. Midiam possesses strong knowledge of US and Mexico labor laws and expertise in recruiting and compensation. Midiam holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from South West Texas Junior College, earned between 2007 and 2011.
