Tom Glavas

Tom Glavas currently serves as Vice President of Global Quality at Gentherm, a position held since April 2019. Prior to his role at Gentherm, Tom served as Senior Director of Global Quality and Reliability at Guardian Industries from June 2015 to March 2019. Guardian Industries is a subsidiary of Koch Industries, recognized as the largest private company globally. Tom's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Quality at Autoneum Holding AG, Area Quality Manager for North American Operations at Tower Automotive, and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at General Motors, where responsibilities encompassed the development of tier suppliers across multiple regions. Tom's education includes an MBA in International Business and a Master of Science in Industrial Operations from Lawrence Technological University, alongside executive development at Michigan State University.
