Shi Ruh Lee

Shi Ruh Lee has a distinguished work experience in various leadership roles in the finance and accounting sector. Shi Ruh started their career at Genting Malaysia Berhad in 1994 as the Vice President-Finance and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they joined Genting Singapore Limited as the Chief Financial Officer. Later, in the same year, they joined Resorts World Sentosa as the Senior Vice President of Finance. Shi Ruh held several positions at Resorts World Sentosa, including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Financial Services, and Chief People Officer & Accounting. In 2013, they became a Council Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and later served as a Member of the Nominations Committee. In 2021, they joined the Singapore Hotel Association as a Member of the Hotel Human Capital Advisory Committee. Shi Ruh Lee has extensive experience in financial management and has contributed significantly to the organizations they have worked for.

Shi Ruh Lee has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick, which was obtained from 1986 to 1989. Shi Ruh is also a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. In 2017, Shi Ruh Lee attended the Stanford-NUS Executive Programme for International Management. Recently, in 2021, they completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education. Shi Ruh has also obtained additional certifications in HR Management and Analytics, Future of Work, and Talent Strategy from institutions such as Emeritus and Wharton Executive Education in 2022.
