Beau Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Beau currently serves as the Director of Communications & Marketing at Gentis Solutions, a company specializing in sourcing and evaluating talent. In this role, Beau focuses on building relationships and delivering quality service to Fortune 100 companies. Prior to that, Beau worked as an Account Executive Government at Gentis Solutions, managing government clients in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Beau worked closely with state, county, and municipal agencies to meet their technical staffing needs. Before joining Gentis Solutions, Beau served as the Senior Communications Manager at St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, where they played a prominent role in promoting business leadership in Florida. Additionally, Beau worked as the Public Relations & Marketing Manager at St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, contributing to the preservation of maritime history and conducting research on artifacts from shipwrecks in the oldest port of the nation.
