Marissa Bauer

Marissa Bauer has a diverse background with experience in various industries. Marissa started their career in 1998 as a CSR and Assistant to the Vice President at Putnam County National Bank, where they handled administrative tasks and assisted with scheduling. In 2010, they worked as a Temporary Enumerator for the US Census Bureau, conducting interviews and ensuring accurate completion of census questionnaires.

Marissa then transitioned into the gaming industry, starting as a Quality Assurance Tester Intern at Twisted Pixel Games in 2011. Marissa performed testing on mobile games and tracked bugs in a database. Marissa continued their QA role at Escape Hatch Entertainment, LLC in 2013, where they tested Starlight Inception across various platforms and created test plans and diagrams. Marissa also worked as a QA Tester on a contract basis for Portalarium, performing quality assurance tasks on Shroud of the Avatar.

In 2013, Marissa took on the role of Producer, Game Designer, and Game Scripter for the project Tavern Tactics, where they were involved in the design process and implemented various functionalities. Marissa then joined Twitch in 2015 as a Twitch Broadcaster, creating content for the Twitch online community through live streaming.

Also in 2015, Marissa became the Director of Operations at Gentis Solutions, where they collaborated with executive-level management to develop performance goals and operational plans. Marissa oversaw the Sales, Recruiting, and HR teams and implemented operational systems and processes. Marissa also analyzed new recruiting technologies and tools to improve success rates.

Finally, Marissa was an AMD Red Team Alum from 2015 to 2018, where they contributed to the development of the AMD Red Team community.

Marissa Bauer's education history starts with their high school education at Carmel High School, where they studied Art/Art Studies from 1992 to 1996.
