Randi Brofft

Randi Brofft has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Server/Bartender at Outback Steakhouse until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they held the role of Sr. Recruiter at Insight Global, a technology staffing services firm. In 2017, they joined Gentis Solutions as a Sr. Account Manager, specializing in modern staffing solutions. Randi quickly rose through the ranks and became the Executive Sales Director, responsible for overseeing the sales department and implementing strategic sales strategies. Currently, they serve as the Vice President at Gentis Solutions, where they utilize their extensive experience in sales, business development, and team management to achieve revenue and profitability goals, manage client relationships, and foster a positive work environment.

From 2009 to 2014, Randi Brofft attended Eastern Kentucky University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education.
