Andy J Charles has a diverse work experience in the field of optics spanning over several years. Andy currently serves as a Licensed Optican Sales Supervisor at GENTLE MONSTER since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CVS Health as a Licensed Optician from February 2020 to June 2022, where they handled various responsibilities such as processing authorizations, explaining benefits, scheduling, billing, and reviewing patient data.

Before CVS Health, they were a Licensed Optician at Warby Parker from February 2018 to February 2020. There, they assisted customers with frame selections, conducted quality checks on eyeglass orders, and dispensed, troubleshooted, and adjusted eyeglasses.

Andy also worked as a Licensed Ophthalmic Dispenser at Visionworks of America from October 2015 to December 2017. Their responsibilities included pulling insurance authorizations, assisting clients with frame selections, and engaging in frame adjustments.
