With over six years of experience in the disability sector, Cody has developed a comprehensive understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its operations.
Cody’s career began as a support worker, where Cody provided both one-on-one and group supports to individuals with disabilities.
In July 2022, Cody transitioned to the role of Participant Engagement Liaison at Encompass Community Services, overseeing a caseload of clients and ensuring they received client-focused supports. In February 2023, Cody embraced a new opportunity with genU as a Central Intake Planning Coordinator, where he continues to expand on his knowledge and skills in this sector.
Cody’s expertise spans from risk management, portfolio management, case management, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement. Cody is dedicated to delivering high standards of service and support to all clients. Additionally, Cody is passionate about advocacy and strive to empower individuals with disabilities to have their voices heard and their rights upheld. Cody sees himself as a strong team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals and enhance service delivery.
