Dean Armstrong

Dean Armstrong is an experienced payroll and project specialist with a strong background in payroll systems, workforce management, and compliance. Currently serving as a Payroll Systems and Project Specialist at genU since December 2017, Dean leads payroll projects and provides expertise in modern awards and industrial agreements. Previously, Dean held the position of Group Payroll Manager at Cotton On Group from April 2008 to October 2017, where oversight of global payroll operations spanned 14 countries. Earlier career roles include Payroll and Benefits Manager at Barwon Health, managing payroll services for over 5,000 employees, and HR and Payroll Manager at Godfrey Hirst Pty Ltd.
