Ina Kordsmeyer

Ina Kordsmeyer is the founder of Wandellust Coaching, a position held since January 2022. Concurrently, Ina serves as a specialist in organizational development, moderation, and change management at genua GmbH since April 2015. Previous experience includes a role as a specialist in internal communication at BMW Group from April to September 2014, and leadership in communication at Linde Gas Deutschland from May 2012 to November 2013. Ina's earlier career at Linde Gas Deutschland involved positions as assistant to the managing director and project member in human resources from March 2008 to August 2011. Ina Kordsmeyer holds a Master of Arts in Business Coaching and Change Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg (2013-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (2004-2008).
