Elsie has worked in various managerial positions in companies such as Genuine Concepts, The Blue Collar Success Group, Harkins Theatres, Sauce Pizza & Wine, TQLA DANA PARK, and HMSHost. Elsie has also completed their Associate of Arts in Hospitality Management Travel & Tourism from University of Phoenix and holds a Tequila T Certification from Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT).
