Randy Rushakoff serves as Vice President of Operations and Area General Manager at Midas Hospitality since May 2016, overseeing multiple new hotel builds including Residence Inns and Courtyard properties in Charlotte. Rushakoff has received numerous accolades for performance, including multiple Gold, Silver, and Platinum Awards for the Residence Inn Charlotte Airport. Previously, Rushakoff was Senior Area General Manager at Sage Hospitality, where achievements included winning the Marriott Silver Award in 2015. Other roles include serving as President of the Charlotte Area Hotel Association and as General Manager at various hotel groups. Rushakoff began the hospitality career as Front Office Manager at Bissell Hotels and has held various positions throughout the industry. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS in Business Administration, Rushakoff has a proven history of enhancing hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
