Ashleigh Horn

Ashleigh Horn possesses extensive experience in human resources and quality assurance, currently serving as the Training and Quality Assurance Manager at Genuine Parts Company since June 2012. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Prior to that, Ashleigh worked at PruittHealth from August 2006 to June 2012 as the Human Resources Manager/Business Office Manager, overseeing both human resources functions and financial operations. Key responsibilities included full-cycle human resources, payroll for over 200 employees, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, accounts payable and receivable, as well as educating families and residents on available services and payment methods. Ashleigh earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2013 and 2017.
