Karen Burns

Karen Burns is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing software development teams and delivering technology solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager and Delivery Manager at Genuine Parts Company, Karen oversees three IT development teams within NAPA’s Store Systems IT Department, leading a group of 50 FTEs and contractors with an $8,000,000 budget. Previous roles include IT Manager at The Home Depot, where Karen managed the development of a new Point of Sale Register Web Application, and IT Manager at First Data Corporation, responsible for managing demand planning and release management for a high-volume card processing platform. As Director of CRM Siebel and BI Business Objects at the American Cancer Society, Karen led initiatives that supported 60 million constituents.
