Alexa Zonsius

Alexa Zonsius, CDSP has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexa is currently the Managing Director at Genuine Search Group, where they oversee the overall operations. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Creative Talent at the same company. Alexa also has experience as a Partner at AIR Allies in Recruiting, a collective of industry recruiters focused on diversity and equity. Additionally, they are an active member and co-chair at Talent Equity Alliance. Earlier in their career, Alexa worked as an Associate Director of Creative Talent at Gainor Staffing. Alexa has also utilized their skills as a Freelance Consultant at Milestone Art, where they provided various art-related services including fine art consultation, appraisals, photography, graphic design, and framing. Alexa's earlier experience includes working as a Director at David Tunick, Inc., where they were responsible for sales, appraisals, research, and cataloguing.

Alexa Zonsius, CDSP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Aberdeen. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) certification from Sourcing Training & Certifications by Brain Gain Recruiting in September 2022.
