Director of Customer Success at Genus Technologies

Josh Bodine has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh started their career at Insight as a VIP Account Executive, where they handled inbound and outbound direct marketing of computer products. Josh was responsible for customer service, quoting, problem resolution, research, and order completion.

After that, they joined ICI Solutions as a Support Technician, where they supported and administered the company's help desk software and handled support calls from customers. Josh dealt with a wide range of technical issues related to hardware devices, software, operating systems, databases, etc.

In 2002, they joined Western Integrated Systems as a Senior Systems Engineer and later became the Manager of Technical Support. In these roles, they were responsible for managing technical support operations and providing expert technical assistance to customers.

Most recently, Josh Bodine joined Genus Technologies as a Senior Software Support Engineer and was subsequently promoted to the position of Director of Customer Success. Their current role involves leading customer success initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.

Josh Bodine has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ancient Near Eastern Studies with a focus on History from Brigham Young University. In addition, they have obtained the Nuxeo Administration Advanced Certification from Nuxeo in October 2020. Josh has also pursued certifications in various document management systems such as AppXtender from OpenText, FileBound from Upland FileBound, FlexiCapture from ABBYY, Kofax Capture, Kofax Front Office Server, and Kofax Transformation Modules from Kofax.
