Ben Rush

Ben Rush is a Senior R&D Executive with a strong background in product and platform innovation across medical devices, biotech, and agricultural biosystems. Ben's career includes leadership roles at companies such as Pfizer, where they directed a global cross-functional team focusing on sterile injectable device technologies, and Genus PLC, where they currently lead the BioSystems R&D department. With extensive experience in innovation and engineering throughout the product life-cycle, Ben has successfully managed diverse product development projects, including micro-fluidic systems and infusion devices. They hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, completed in 1997.
