Rhian Wayte

Rhian Wayte is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Genus PLC since January 2021, Rhian previously held roles at Flint Group, where responsibilities included Human Resources Advisor and HR Coordinator. Rhian's career began at Pennaf Housing Group as a Trainee HR Adviser and later an HR Adviser, complemented by earlier positions in customer service and business development.
