Rukayat Alani

Rukayat Alani is a skilled laboratory technician with extensive experience in quality control and production processes within various organizations. Currently employed at Genus PLC since June 2023, Rukayat specializes in the quality control of bull semen, cryopreservation, and compliance with GMP regulations. Prior experience includes roles at Egg Select BV, where responsibilities involved egg selection and quality examination, and Lab21 Ltd., which focused on validating clinical study information. Additionally, Rukayat has a background in education as a biology teacher at Maypride School and Ansarudeen Grammar School, providing both academic instruction and emotional support to students. Rukayat holds an MBA in Health and Social Science from Wittenborg University, alongside various certifications in project management and a Bachelor of Education in Biology and Political Science from the University of Ibadan.
