Tinashe M. has extensive experience in corporate finance, with a current role in Corporate Development at Genus PLC since May 2022. Prior to this position, Tinashe served as a Transaction Advisor in the International Projects Group at BDO UK LLP from May 2016 to May 2022, contributing to a significant UK government programme aimed at boosting foreign direct investment in Africa and executing various transaction advisory assignments across multiple sectors. Previously, Tinashe held the position of Capital Markets Manager at JSE from January 2015 to April 2016 and worked with PwC as a Senior Associate in Insurance and Funds from January 2010 to June 2014, where notable contributions included leading high-profile audits for major South African firms. Tinashe began the professional journey at EY through a Business Experience Programme in late 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Finance from London Business School and a BCom in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria, complemented by membership in the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
