Christie Kopinski

Christie Kopinski is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and analytics. Currently serving as Director of HRIS, HR Shared Services, and People Analytics at Genworth since May 2008, Christie leads HR Services and manages technical resources for Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Recruiting. Prior to Genworth, Christie's roles included HR Solutions Manager at HR Software Solutions, Inc., and HRIS Manager at Avis Budget Group. Additional experience includes positions at Chico’s FAS, Martindale-Hubbell, ADP, and American Federal Mortgage Corporation. Christie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both from Rutgers University.
