Colleen Dennis, LMSW, MSG, CDP, CMC, possesses extensive experience in the field of healthcare and social services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Care & Wellness Initiatives at Genworth since November 2013, Colleen has held various roles, including Care & Wellness Initiatives Manager and Case Management Team Manager, collaborating with clinical professionals to enhance adjudication accuracy and designing training sessions for claims department staff on health conditions affecting cognitive function. Prior experience includes directing social services at The Laurels of Bon Air from March 2008 to November 2013, where Colleen assessed the psychosocial needs of residents and coordinated complex discharge plans. Colleen holds a Master of Science in Gerontology and a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Richmond.
