Natalie Augustine

Natalie Augustine is an experienced talent acquisition and people experience professional with a diverse background in recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Campus Recruiter at Genworth, Natalie has held significant roles at CoStar Group as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Homes.com and at CAIS as Vice President of People Experience. Previous expertise includes positions at Citi, where Natalie was Vice President of Executive Recruiting and held various campus recruiting roles. In the academic field, Natalie gained experience at Penn State University as a Lab Manager for the SVIP Lab, along with roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant.
