Caragh Corcoran

Director, Programs & Events at GenYouth

Currently serving as Director of Programs and Events. Caragh’s responsibilities include administrative and operational support to GENYOUth Programs, Development, and Events teams. Her favorite memories growing up include playing in or attending sporting events with her four siblings. Being a former athlete and lifeguard, she is passionate about engaging youth in GENYOUth’s health and wellness programs.

Before beginning at GENYOUth, Caragh worked for Hasbro, Inc. and Morgan Stanley in their Corporate Philanthropy and Community Affairs departments. At Hasbro, she assisted with the development and promotion of Hasbro’s largest philanthropic initiative “Be Fearless Be Kind”.

Caragh’s work in the non-profit sector took off when she brought the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life to her high school as a teen. During her 3-year term as co-chair, the school raised over $100,000 for cancer research. She majored in Public and Community Service Studies and graduated with a Business Studies certificate and concentration in Philanthropy from Providence College. Throughout her undergraduate experience, Caragh volunteered in Providence schools, from pre-school to high schools, being inspired by students’ love for physical activity and the importance of providing time and equipment for students to embrace healthy lifestyles.
