Jeffrey M. Lozer

Jeff serves as GEO’s Chief Operations Officer. He is a licensed attorney with over 20 years of experience in charter school governance, development, and operations. His previous professional experience includes working in a corporate law department and with a large corporate law firm; as the General Counsel for the Indiana Department of Child Services; and as Senior Director of Goodwill Education Initiatives.
