Gennadi Oreper

Gennadi Oreper is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in IT and software development. Since February 2019, Gennadi has served as a program manager at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, specializing in modernization, transformation, and agile methodologies. Gennadi is also the CEO of GEO-IT GmbH, leading custom IT solution development, project design, and project management. Previous roles include project manager positions at Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH, DEKRA Automobil GmbH, and as an international project manager at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH, where Gennadi handled complex international projects and coordinated multiple teams. Gennadi holds a degree in Softwaretechnik from Hochschule Esslingen and has a background in technical informatics and automation technology.
