Director of Support Services at GEO Jobe

Blake Bilbo is the current Head of Customer Support at GEO Jobe. Prior to this, Blake worked as a Customer Support Advisor at Xerox from July 2016 to November 2016. Before that, Blake worked as a GIS Analyst II at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies from April 2009 to April 2016, where they were heavily involved in the acquisition, processing, cleaning, and end-product creation stages of LiDAR data and hyperspectral imagery. This experience includes airborne survey operations, GPS base station occupation, survey monument reconnaissance, field office data processing, using a suite of custom-designed and ever-changing software to make end products, creating and applying metadata, as well as shipping data to customers. Blake is very comfortable sitting down and guiding new teammates on software, workflow, and operating procedures. Blake has demonstrated and proposed the implementation of Augmented Reality into the workplace, pursuing the technology and getting results by providing our customers with visually impressive and personalized AR experiences.

Blake Bilbo graduated from Saint Stanislaus College Prepatory and then went on to study at the University of Southern Mississippi, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geography.

Blake Bilbo reports to David Hansen, CEO. They are on a team with Chelsea Gee - Junior Project Manager, Corey Baker - Sales Manager, and Timothy Michael - Director of Enterprise Services. A direct report to Blake Bilbo is and Kailee Rouse - Customer Success Manager.
