Randy Phillips

Randy Phillips has a long and varied work experience in the semiconductor industry. Randy began their career as the Director of Manufacturing at Sierra Semiconductor in 1987. In 1989, they joined Intel Corp. as an Operations Manager, where they worked for seven years in various roles, including Project Manager and Operations Manager for the Intel Mask Shop. In 2007, they became a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Spansion Semiconductor, where they hired Process, Product, Design, Device, Integration, and Test engineers and managers. In 2008, they moved to Telegent Systems as a Sr. Staffing Consultant, where they filled over 50 engineering and RD positions. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Managing Partner West Coast at TSS Consulting, Ltd., a small boutique recruitment agency specializing in the semiconductor industry. In 2015, they began a contract role as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Apple. Finally, in 2016, they became the Director of HR/Staffing at GEO Semiconductor, Inc., a leading supplier of an advanced Video Processor (CVP) focused on the automotive market.

Randy Phillips attended West Valley College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts in General Education. Randy then went on to San Jose State University, but did not pursue a degree.
