Kenny Townsend

Kenny Townsend is a seasoned professional in unified communications and project management with extensive experience in both technical and client-facing roles. Currently serving as a Unified Communications Architect at GeoBlue since February 2021, Kenny integrates contact center solutions with Teams and VoIP systems. Prior experience at Evolve IP includes roles as Senior Manager of Unified Communication Implementation, where Kenny managed projects from inception to installation while balancing customer expectations, and as an Enterprise Project Manager and Manager of Tier 1 Support, driving team efficiency and enhancing customer experience. Kenny's career also includes teaching music at Lancaster Country Day School and The National Guitar Workshop, alongside pursuits as a traveling musician and extensive luthiery education.
