Dor Itzhaki is an experienced professional in customer experience and market research, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Service Quality at Geocartography Knowledge Group since December 2017. In this role, Dor has been responsible for defining project requirements, monitoring project progress through quantitative and qualitative KPIs, and managing market research for major industries in Israel. Previously, Dor worked as a Junior Market Research Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing research data and preparing technical reports. Dor's career also includes a position as Airport Security Team Leader at the Israel Airport Authority, overseeing a team of security officers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo and a Diploma of Education in Marketing Data Analysis from New-Media College.
