Orel Ben-Simon

Orel Ben-Simon has held various professional roles since 2014, currently serving as a System Engineer at Intel Corporation since February 2021. Simultaneously, Orel works as a Mystery Shopper for Geocartography Knowledge Group, where responsibilities include assessing customer service quality and documenting the customer experience. Prior experience includes roles at Bank Hapoalim, where Orel advanced from a Phone Banker focused on customer service to a Knowledge Specialist Consultant, providing guidance on complex customer issues and developing training programs, and then to a Banking Training Specialist, training new bankers and evaluating their progress.
