Julien Herbin

Julien HERBIN is currently working as a Business Development/Proposal Manager Offshore Pipelines at GEOCEAN since August 2005. Their role involves leading business development efforts for offshore EPC projects globally, including strategy development, client/partner negotiations, networking, and overseeing the preparation of offers. With clients spanning various industries such as Water Infrastructures, Power, Mining, Defense, Oil & Gas, and Marine Renewable Energies. Prior to this, Julien held positions as a Project Manager and Project Engineer in the offshore pipeline installation and trenching projects. Additionally, Julien has a Master's degree in Material in Marine and Aggressive Environments from Université de Toulon and continues to expand their expertise through ongoing education in safety, contract management, and HSE management.
