Kelly Schaefer

Kelly Schaefer has had an extensive career in Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Intern at Meredith Corporation in 1994. Kelly then held various HR roles at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur before moving on to GES - Global Experience Specialists. At ConAgra Foods, they served as Vice President of Human Resources for both the Supply Chain and Corporate divisions. Their most recent role was as the Chief People Officer at Clutter, a late-stage start-up. Currently, Kelly serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at GeoComply.

Kelly Schaefer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management & Marketing from Drake University. In 2009, they pursued a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Planning from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Currently, they are working towards completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
