Sam Basile

Sam Basile has extensive experience in the gaming industry, starting as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Gaming Compliance Officer at Aruze Gaming America in 2009. Sam later served as CEO of Zitro USA and ran their own boutique legal firm providing services to gaming clients. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Business Development & Licensing - North America at GeoComply, where they have also held roles as VP of Gaming Regulatory & Legal Affairs and General Manager of PinPoint.

Sam Basile earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Personnel & Industrial Relations from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Subsequently, they obtained a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.
