Martin Flood

Martin Flood has over 20 years of experience in the geospatial industry. Martin is currently the VP of Special Projects at GeoCue Group, Inc., a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development at Teledyne Optech from June 2018 to June 2019. Martin previously worked at GeoCue Group, Inc. from April 2005 to May 2018, starting as a Business Development Manager. In that role, they were responsible for identifying opportunities to improve workflows and accelerate growth in lidar-related businesses. Martin also served as the Managing Director at TerraImaging (Americas) from July 2003 to December 2004 and as the CTO at Airborne 1 Corporation from 2000 to 2002. Martin began their career as a Senior Project Engineer at AlliedSignal Canada and later worked as a Project Manager/Team Leader at Optech, Inc.

Martin Flood completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the University of Waterloo from 1981 to 1986. Martin then pursued further education at Western University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Physics from 1987 to 1989.
