Clint Cromwell

Clint Cromwell has extensive legal work experience, serving in various leadership roles throughout the years. Clint most recently worked as the Chief Legal Officer at Geode Health starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Spero Health from April 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they served as the Enterprise M&A Counsel at Envision Healthcare from December 2016 to April 2019. Clint also had a significant tenure at AMSURG, where they held the roles of Vice President and General Counsel, Ambulatory Services from November 2014 to December 2016, and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from April 2012 to November 2014.

Clint Cromwell completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2001 to 2004. Clint then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Emory University School of Law, completing it in 2008.
