Johannes Zolk

Johannes Zolk is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Chief HR and Brand Officer at Geodesia since February 2025. Prior roles include VP and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Schaeffler, Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Kuehne+Nagel, and Head of Talent Acquisition & Development/HR Business Partner at 1 & 1 AG. Zolk also held senior positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Körber AG and Principal at Odgers Berndtson, following a military career as an officer in the Bundeswehr. Zolk earned an MBA in Health Care Management from WHL Lahr and a Diplom Kaufmann from AKAD Hochschule Leipzig.
