Casey Tessmann

Casey Tessmann is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR at GEODIS since July 2015, Casey oversees talent strategies and development programs across the Americas region. Previous roles within GEODIS include Director of Learning and Development and Senior Human Resources Manager, where Casey focused on leadership performance, individualized talent development, and organizational learning initiatives. Prior to GEODIS, Casey worked as a Corporate Recruiter at ThinkingAhead Executive Search, fostering relationships with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes, and held various recruiting positions at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., a leading plumbing wholesaler in North America. Casey holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
