Frederic Bazin

Frederic Bazin is currently the Global Head of Health & Safety at GEODIS, where they oversee health and safety initiatives across the organization. Previously, they held leadership roles at prominent companies such as L'Oréal, Nestlé Waters, and Thai Union Group PCL, significantly improving safety metrics and implementing robust safety policies. Frederic also served as the Group EHS Director at Lactalis and managed risk engineering at AXA Corporate Solutions. They earned their degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, and later completed a coaching program at H Cort Performance.
