Javier Perez Cosmen

Javier Perez Cosmen has an extensive career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a member of the executive committee and Airfreight Manager for Spain at GEODIS since January 1992, responsibilities include managing buying rates and negotiations with airlines. Previously held roles include National Key Account Manager, focusing on client agreements, and Madrid Branch Manager, emphasizing profit and team dynamics. Prior to GEODIS, served as Regional Director at Calberson Ambrosetti, where efforts were made to expand air and sea freight operations, leading to the company’s acquisition by GEODIS. Javier's career began at Kuehne + Nagel in airfreight sales and operations, contributing to the company becoming the top IATA ranked entity during that period. Javier also holds a degree in Community Management from Fundacion UNED.
