Rich Kostrzewa

Rich Kostrzewa has over 25 years of work experience. Rich worked at GEODIS as the Senior Vice President of Operations, leading a team of over 1,400 employees and overseeing warehousing operations. Rich also held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance, where they provided strategic and financial leadership for the business unit. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Finance and Business Unit CFO, responsible for financial planning and analysis for the Contract Logistics business. Before joining GEODIS, Rich worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as the DVP of Supply Chain Finance, Director of Business Finance, and Region Finance Manager. Additionally, they worked at Emerson Energy Systems as the Manager of Commercial Operations, where they implemented process improvements and managed billing and receivables. Rich began their career at Sprint as an Implementation Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Budget Administrator.

Rich Kostrzewa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Rich also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned from 1987 to 1991. In addition, Kostrzewa is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1991.
