Teeroot Juthapornpong is a Human Resources Specialist in Learning & Organization Development at GEODIS since August 2023, responsible for supporting training and learning development processes and collaborating with various departments to monitor training programs. Previously, Teeroot served as an ACE Senior Supervisor and Competency Trainer at Amway Thailand, enhancing the skills of Amway Business Owners and coordinating engaging content creation initiatives. Teeroot's experience includes a role as Senior Marketing Officer at Premier Group of Companies and a Curriculum and Training Officer at Yuvabadhana Foundation, where efforts focused on moral development and good governance in schools. With a diverse background in education as a Teaching Fellow at Teach For Thailand and a Future Leadership Development Trainee at SCB, Teeroot holds an MBA from Thammasat University and a Liberal Arts degree from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
