Bartik Pandel

Bartik Pandel, PhD, is a Geotechnical Engineer at GeoEngineers Inc. since October 2025, with prior experience at several organizations including BITSAA International as a Designer on the Fundraising Team since July 2022, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from August 2021 to August 2025. Bartik held roles as an Investment Associate and Analyst at Sorenson Impact, Associate Consultant at Lewie, and was a Longhorn Impact Fellowship at Texas (LIFT) Fellow at Texas McCombs School of Business. Previous experience includes working as a Geotechnical Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
