Tonia Clark

Tonia Clark is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in healthcare administration and program management. At Hui Huliau from June 2022 to April 2023, Tonia contributed to the strategic direction for MHS GENESIS, effectively communicating with stakeholders and developing an Integrated Master Schedule to align resources and activities. Prior experience at RWD Consulting, LLC included data analysis for a new Electronic Health Record system and enhancing Health Information Technology support. Tonia's military career in the United States Air Force spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing medical services, managing budgets and resources, facilitating special programs, and delivering emergency medical care. Tonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
